You can join our “direct sponsorship” program where you make personal contact with a named child and his mother or, if you prefer, you can choose a program where there is no personal contact, but you can still sponsor specific child.

By donating only 20 USD a month, you can change the life of a Ugandan disabled child or orphan. Involve your family, friends and colleagues and you will soon be able to influence the lives of children and help break the cycle of poverty in a small community.

Take part in one of several events that we organize throughout the year, including an annual WORKCAMP. You can also organize your own event to raise funds for ALCCU. Alternatively, you can sponsor someone taking part. Check out our website for upcoming exciting events. We are waiting to hear from you!

The list of ideas is endless. You can raise funds for your favorite charity organization in various ways – selling cakes, car wash, dog walks, grilling, karaoke night, live show with Waswa Jamal, selling antiques, quiz night, cycling challenge, fun run, football tournament, sponsored swimming, ball games, sale of hair beads, art and drawing, etc.

Help us raise awareness of disadvantaged children, child poverty and the vulnerability of needy widows and young people in Uganda. Be our voice in your office, social clubs, churches, communities and schools. Write or call us and we will send you an information packet about who we are and what we do or invite someone from ALCCU to talk to your community or your event.

You can also offer your own idea for raising funds for orphans and defenseless children in Uganda.

We run international volunteering. There is a possibility of short and long-term volunteering to support our projects in the communities in which we work. Contact us for information about available options. Are you a university student or a church member? Introduce us to your school or church. We will be happy to come and share our vision and the way we work.
