Primary School Kawula

The main project in Kawula/Mubende is the ALCCU Primary School,
a place of education, love and laughter, which gives 350 children from poor backgrounds
a safe and good start to their education. The school has 7 school classes and 3 kindergarten classes,
which are run by 7 teachers and 3 staff members. The school year in Uganda has three terms
and starts in February and ends in November. On our school compound we also have a kitchen,
toilets, two dormitories, a playground and fields for vegetables.
